The battery in the GREEN Tablet would also be 100% environmentally-friendly. 
  • The GREEN Tablet's sugar-based battery is not explosive or flammable unlike hydrogen fuel cells and direct methanol fuel cells. 
  • It has a higher energy storage density.
  • A series of enzymes in the sugar battery would reduce the starch to carbon dioxide as the final product, generating electricity in the process. 
  • The enzymes and fuels of the battery would be completely biodegradable. 
  • The battery is also refillable. Sugar can be added to it similarly as toner is added to a printer cartridge.
