CHOOSE YOUR POWER CREATURE

Record a video of your Power Creature that may include a short story or a good night message
for you to watch on your Sleep Doctor's Power Creature screen as you get ready for bed.

CHOOSE A SOUND THAT REMINDS YOU OF YOUR POWER CREATURE

You will need to record a sound that will help remind you of your Power Creature.  If the Sleep
Doctor detects you are having a nightmare, this sound will play through the wireless Sound

CHOOSE A SMELL THAT REMINDS YOU OF YOUR POWER CREATURE

These three steps are all you need to program a good night's sleep.  Of course, these are only a
few examples of what you can choose.  With your own Sleep Doctor you can choose whatever
makes you feel safe.
