We thought of our invention the
Animal Detector Belt to stop
people from getting attacked by
animals.  We read that in California
there have been a lot of mountain lion
sightings.  Some people have died
when mountain lions have attacked
them.  We like to hike and are afraid
of coming across a grizzly bear or
other dangerous animal.  Our new
invention will make hiking safer and
will let people see animals that are
safe to watch that may be hiding.

The Animal Detector Belt uses the technology of e-nose sensors and a computer.  E-nose sensors
are able to smell and know certain things.  E-nose sensors are good for smelling only about eighteen
things right now, some of them are germs.  Computers and the microprocessors that make them work
are found in stores, homes and even toys.
