Surgery-is the most common method where as much of the tumor possible is removed without damaging vital organ functions. If there are remaining portions, the tumor is then treated by either radiation or chemotherapy but the re-growth of the remaining portions is still a possibility.

Radio-Surgery-high doses of radiation are aimed at the exact locations of the tumor, pinpointing the cancer cells. For effectiveness, the radiation energy is aimed at the tumor from different angles.
