The Cochlea

The cochlea is the primary organ of hearing. Vibrations of the ossicles bones generate a series of fluid waves within the cochlea. The cochlea then transmits these waves in the form of neural impulses through the auditory nerve on to the brain, which reads these impulses as sound. The AI will perform the same function as the cochlea, so this organ is unnecessary and will be removed.
